i am wondering what the engine characteristics are between a PC pipe and silencer combo and a FMF combo on this bike?

i think i seen aftermarket triple clamps on it also. yes a dream ride for sure; especially for someone like me whom wishes my 04 was an 06- a 09. i like the gas cap and drilled out washers the bike had also.

Thank God you guys put current looking plastic on it. I can't believe yammy still puts the early 2000 era ancient
    plastic on the 2 strokes.

Yeah, how about two costs: 1) How much did it cost you guys 2) how much would it cost average Joe who purchases everything on his own and doesn't split motors?
I'd be willing to bet that the cost to the average Joe is $2000-$3000 minimum. May be more considering the full Hinson and Dubya wheels and hubs. I'm thinknig you'd have found a 10-11 KTM150 for as much money as you stuck into it.

why? That stuff makes the bike look 15 years older than anything. Might as well put yellow on it too.
