Good ideas and stuff. I always walk the track 1st, throw rocks off to the side. Then 1 or 2 cruise speed laps. Being tall I have to get my lower back stretched along with quads, shake my arms out. Hot and muggy weather is the best you get so loose.

Woah Ping! Posterior chain? You might need to do a video explaining what that is to the Moto world haha. For how important it truly is in the sport, every Moto training video I’ve ever seen is incredibly anterior and concentric dominant and those exercises that are posterior focused, typically their form is so bad because of their riding positions and postures being reinforced that it minimizes any training effect!

I love that you’re adding some good simple ideas to the equation for people though, its great to see. You should do some more since you have the rep in the business already. I try with folks but I’m an S&C sport scientist in traditional pro sports….doesn’t count in the Moto world haha.
