Congratulations you just sold a shit ton of 300s. You can tell dude was genuinely stoked about how good the bike is. Awesome! Would be sweet if Ktm did a demo day tour with them sometime

The question I have which I also saw asked on you tube: Is the 250 similar to the 300 just less power everywhere or does it bog more and then hit and try to throw you off the back of the bike? I wasn't sure if he was comparing the 300 to the new 250 or to the previous carb 250s.

The 300 is “bore only” per the specs, but the cylinder is an entirely different casting from the 250. This allows port geometry to be tailored to the bigger bore, eliminating the normal drawbacks of simply over boring a 250 cylinder.

Yep. ML was referencing how “bore only” 300 builds sometimes gain a bunch of bottom but lose top end. Of course the KTM doesn’t due to the unique 300 cylinder.
