I agree and your point is valid. I was not clear enough in stating that both alter the bikes performance without actually increasing power. Yes, the above text says it does increase power, but that doesnt mean it is fact. Marketing is a big part of selling products too. Also not saying MT does this but many companies pay for teams to run their products.

My main point is that the same changes can be achieved with fuel maps as the above product does. And yes the same priniciple does apply to both "naturally aspirated" and fuel injected bikes. A carb can be adjusted for more top end or more bottom end. Just as a fuel inject can but with difference variables, instead of a main jet, pilot jet, needle, clip position, fuel/air screw and so on.

Look at alot of the GP bikes from the weekend, almost all of them are running them as well as AMA teams. Intake velocity has nothing to do with fuel injection. The same principals apply to both naturally aspirated and injected bikes.

This would have been a good idea before fuel injection. It seems Moto T is trying anything within their normal field of intake technology to stay relevant. Now with the ability to customize fuel maps I dont see how this would be of benefit. If I were them I would look to diversify into another field of MX if they want to stay around.
