JT Racing ALS-02 Helmet

The JT Racing ALS-2 helmet blew minds in the early and mid 1980s because it was unlike anything else on the market; uniquely shaped, vividly styled and classically painted. Even from afar, you knew you were looking at a JT helmet thanks to stellar design and elegant graphics. It didn't hurt that guys like Bailey, Lechien, Glover, Vimond, Bayle and others wore them to multiple national and world championships. You'll be able to spot the new JT Racing ALS-02 helmet as well, and for many of the same aesthetic reasons.

• Hand-laid fiberglass shell - Fiberglass is an optimal shell material due to its energy absorbing properties. Combined with JT's molded EPS liner, the fiberglass shell gives the ALS-02 maximum impact protection.
  


• Integrated visor assembly - The ALS-02's integrated visor assembly is angled optimally for the best view forward and roost-deflection, and is vented to reduce pressure on the head and neck at speed.
  


• Revolutionary Air Line System venting - JT's next-generation ALS helmet venting technology uses eleven intake and exit vents and multiple air channels within the EPS liner to move tremendous amounts of air into, through and out of the helmet, especially in the lower rear section, an area notoriously hard to cool.
  


• Anatomical cheek pads - Each cheek pad is molded to the shape of a face for optimal comfort and fit.
  


• Removable, washable comfort liner - Hydra-Wick comfort liner wicks moisture and sweat from the head and is easily removable for washing.
  


• 3 shell sizes for optimal sizing and comfort - JT uses three to give each individual size an optimum liner shapefor maximum comfort and fit. A wide, tall eye port accepts many goggle designs.
