Man, we felt bad for Colt Nichols. Before moto one, the team discovered a problem with his bike, and went to do an engine swap. Colt geared up and headed for the line, and waited...and waited. Finally, the gate dropped without his bike arriving in time. He waited until the officials told him that the rest of the pack had completed their first lap, and he couldn't ride, and he headed back to the pits to wait for moto two.
