Tim Gajser

Gariboldi Honda's Tim Gasjer came into Glen Helen with a large points lead in the MX2 World Championship and showed why, as he was the top GP regular in 250 moto 1 by running 4th for most of the race. But with a few laps to go, a small tip-over cost Gasjer two spots and meant he would have to wait to wrap up the title in the final moto of the day.
