Kyle Partridge (Dodge Motorsports / Sycuan Casino / Hart & Huntington / Bel Ray Racing) had grabbed the holeshot in a talent-laden Supercross LCQ, but as you can see here, Muscle Milk Honda's Justin Brayton had a plan to get by. Kyle was looking good for a transfer to the main ahead of Tommy Hahn, Nick Wey, and Austin Stroupe, but he dropped it in this corner a lap or two later.
