“The Motocross Files – Season Two” Debuts Primetime On Speed...

The first of seven brand new episodes begins with America’s most famous privateer Tony DiStefano and is followed by six more great stories of American motocross each week on Speed.

FULLERTON, CALIF. (November 21, 2006) – The long awaited Season Two of “The Motocross Files” (MXF) finally premiers on Speed, Tuesday, November 28th at 10:30pm Eastern Standard Time with the story of Tony D. This episode will re-air three more times that week (including Saturday morning) before a new episode featuring Jammin’ Jimmy Weinert airs on Tuesday, December 5th at the same time.

The schedule for the series will be weekly with as many as four airs per week with four original shows that repeat weekly again before three more original shows begin airing weekly and then repeating again. The total schedule goes through the Spring of 2007 with the first part being available at www.speedtv.com.

The new season of MXF will feature Tony DiStefano, Jimmy Weinert, Marty Tripes, Broc Glover, Jeff Ward, Danny LaPorte and the late “First American” of motocross, Jim Pomeroy. Supporting interviews from returning MXF interviewees Keith McCarty, Dave Arnold, Jim Felt, Bill Buchka and Bevo Forti plus new comments by Roy Turner, Mike McAndrews, Jon Rosenstiel, Larry Huffman, Johnny O’Mara, Bob Hannah, Rick Johnson, Ron Lechien, Roger DeCoster, Mitch Payton, Marty Smith, Gary Jones and many more.

“Season Two of ‘The Motocross Files’ is really special for us, because the subjects are really terrific people and the television audience has been so positive about the importance and the quality of the show.” Said Todd Huffman, Producer of MXF. “It’s great to have the show back on the air again.” Huffman added.

Lucas Oil Products of Corona, CA has again stepped up with another substantial contribution to supporting MXF on the air with Speed. Lucas is the lead sponsor for the production and will be running new 30-second spots during the airings of MXF.

Troy Lee Designs, one of the original sponsors of season one is returning as well.

The home DVD versions of all 12 episodes will also start to be marketed and released in conjunction with the show’s airings. The home DVD’s will include the original Speed episode plus over three hours of additional raw interviews from the main subjects and the mechanics.

The Motocross Files is produced by Pipeline Digital Media, LLC (PDM). PDM is a full-service television, video and commercial production company offering complete video and film production services for all applications. PDM’s television work has been produced for Speed, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports Net, Fuel TV and OLN.
