Press Release

Yamaha van Beers Racing set for Bulgarian Grand Prix

This
weekend the World Championship MX1 and MX2 starts for the Yamaha van
Beers Racing Team at Sevlievo in Bulgaria. After a long period of
testing the bikes and physical training the riders are ready to go!

Marc
de Reuver knows the circuit of Sevlievo very well. He won a MX2 Grand
Prix a few years a go and finished inside of the top three in the MX1
class some years back. Marc started his preparation for the season a
little bit later than the other riders because of a shoulder injury but
the last few weeks he's feeling ok and he is motivated to do the best
he can at Sevlievo.

Herjan
Brakke has had a good preparation. In the international races he showed
that he is feeling well at the Yamaha 450F and after two rounds of the
Dutch Open Championship Series he sits in third position. Last year
Herjan injured his knee at the Bulgarian GP and was out for several
months. This year he hopes that he has more luck and his target is to
score some points.

Petar
Petrov has a home race this weekend. Petar is born in Bulgaria and will
race for his home fans. Petar was looking forward to this race for a
long time. His winter preparation went really well and Petar is
motivated t
o race this weekend.

Today
there is a Youthstream presentation in Sofia. A lot of Grand Prix Teams
are there to present their riders. The Yamaha van Beers Team is there
as well. Youthstream will show an introduction movie of the team which
you can watch when you click at the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tfiw_DxCKjk . On Sunday you can watch the races live on www.mx-life.tv. You have to pay 3 euro per GP to watch the races. On Sunday we will send a press release with the results of the riders.
