TiLUBE Racing's Monster Energy Supercross Jacksonville Report

Matt Goerke finishes in 8^th in Heat Race. Injured in Accident

With James Stewart in Main Event

TiLUBE Racing's Matt Boni and Matt Goerke were coming off a strong
weekend at the Indy Supercross but crashes in Jacksonville kept both of
them from a repeat performance in front of a packed hometown crowd at
Everbank Field in Jachsonville, Florida.

Qualifying went pretty well with Goerke securing the best time for the team. He qualified in 17^th place with a 47.892 second lap time. Boni was in 19^st with his best time of 47.984 seconds.

Once
again, both riders rode in the second heat race. Boni had trouble early
on when he mistakenly hit the kill switch while adjusting his clutch in
the rhythm section causing him to go over the bars and then get hit by
Ryan Villopoto. Goerke had a better race and finished in 8^th position securing a transfer slot for the main event.

Boni's LCQ start was less than stellar and he ended up finishing in 7^th place missing the main event.

In
the main event Matt Goerke got tangled up in a crash between James
Stewart and Michael Byrne. He suffered serious injuries with a
shattered left wrist and multiple fractures in his pelvis. He has
surgery scheduled for this week and will be out for the remainder of
the Supercross season.

feel so bad for Goerke after having such a tough season. He sat out the
first few rounds from an ankle injury and now this. Unfortunately
injuries are part of the sport, but this incident wasn't his fault.
He's such a good guy to work with and he was starting to find his
speed. The whole team is really bummed out about this. We wish him a
speedy recovery," commented Tony Wenck - TiLUBE Racing Team Manager

After eleven rounds of the 2011 Monster Energy Supercross Series, Matt Boni is in 17^th place and Matt Goerke is in 29^th place overall in the standings.

The
TiLUBE Racing team's next race is Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Rogers
Centre in Toronto, Ontario. The SX races will be televised the next day
on March 27^th at 5:00 pm ET followed by the SX Lites races at 6 pm ET on SPEED. On March 28^th the races will be televised again with the SX Lites class at 3 pm ET and the SX class at 4 pm ET
