This weekend at Glen Helen Raceway: Quad-X Finals, REM Sat MX “Octobercross” and SRA Grand Prix

  • 2011 Yamaha Quad X Championships Presented by STI is on Saturday, October 29th.
  • REM Sat MX “Octobercross” is being held on the world famous USGP track.
  • SRA Grand Prix returns on Sunday, October 30.

San Bernardino, Calif. - October 26, 2011 - A
jam packed weekend of exciting events is set to take place this weekend
at Glen Helen Raceway! Saturday’s events include the 2011 Quad-X Finals
and REM Saturday MX’s Octobercross on the USGP track, while Sunday’s
action includes an SRA Grand Prix.

The final round of the 2011
Yamaha Quad-X Finals is scheduled for Saturday. The event will be held
on a newly designed track that is sure to challenge racers and thrill
fans. Series sponsors will be holding raffles and giveaways that you
won’t want to miss. Gates open at 6:30AM, with practice beginning at
8:30AM. Gate fees are  $10 for adults and $5 for kid’s 6-12. For more

REM
Saturday MX’s Octobercross is coming to Glen Helen on Saturday on the
USGP track. The challenging track layout will test the skills and
courage of both newcomers and REM veterans alike. Membership is not
required to race, and classes are available for all skill levels. Sign
up begins at 8:00AM, and practice begins at 9:00AM. For more

The
SRA Grand Prix is returning to Glen Helen on Sunday to take on the USGP
track. Practice begins at 8:00AM and ends at 8:45AM. Classes include:
Seniors, Sup Seniors, Vets, Four Stroke, 250cc, 85cc, super mini, 200cc,
women and a team race to finish the day. Membership is not required to
race, but it is required to earn points toward an earned number. Annual
