Team MXdesignz.com/Shea Racing Readies for This Weekend’s Monster Energy AMA Supercross Opener

Teddy Parks will make first appearance in the premier 450 Supercross Class

HOUSTON (January 6, 2010) – Team MXdesignz.com/Shea Racing makes its debut this Saturday, January 9 at Angel Stadium in front of an expected sell-out crowd. A new year and an expanded team, it will compete in both the premier class and the East Region Lites Class. Pitted next to the Warthog Racing rig, Team MXDesignz.com/Shea Racing’s black-and-gold transporter is where fans will find Texan Teddy Parks preparing for his 450 Supercross debut.

Parks, riding a Kawasaki KX450F this season with number 247, raced in the East Region Lites Class last season as a rookie. Running the Shea Racing colors he qualified for all eight night programs and finished in the top 15 in the main event three times. Parks also competed in a couple Lucas Oil AMA Motocross Championship events this past summer including a top 25 finish at the Texas round. Vernon McKiddie will join him at the East Region opener in Indianapolis on February 20.
