Team Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki Owned the Podium

Bowers, Demuth and Johnson stacked the podium in Des Moines, Iowa under the bright lights of the Wells Fargo arena at the AMA Arenacross Prequel Race. “The Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki team is looking strong for 2010! All the riders came ready to win, and they did! I couldn’t be happier”, expressed Team Manager Denny Bartz.

Just ending a two year run in the Monster Energy Supercross Series, Tyler Bowers joined Team Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki and started off with a 1st place finish. Bowers feels strong and is looking forward to a repeat during round 1, January 8-10 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Josh Demuth finished the 2009 AMA Arenacross Season with a 3rd overall. This seasoned Team Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki racer contributes his 2nd place win to his Merge Suspension, “The time and effort invested into my bike set-up and testing by the Merge Suspension team made the race; I was able to pull away and build on my lead through the whoops”.

Team Babbitt’s Monster Energy Kawasaki Veteran Chad Johnson rounded off the podium sweep with 3rd place. In celebration of his podium visit, Chad mentioned, “The track was awesome, the layout was challenging, and the Maxxis tires hooked up great on the Des Moines dirt; they gave me the traction advantage I needed to finish on the podium”.
