Tarah Gieger Wins Round 4 of the WMA in Colorado

Builds momentum heading to Loretta Lynn’s to defend her Championship.

Tarah came into Colorado 25 points out of the lead and leaves one point behind First.  Tarah won the overall at Thunder Valley, round 4 of the WMA, by getting second in the first moto and following that up with a first in the second moto.  Tarah’s Yamaha ran great throughout the weekend.  She was able to get great starts and continue to run up in front of the field.  Tarah explained, “The elevation of Thunder Valley is notorious for causing the bikes to run different, but my JM Racing tuned Yamaha ran strong and was reliable all weekend.  I have been putting a lot of work in on the bike and keeping my fitness up this year.  I am stoked with the win this weekend and am looking forward to the next race at Washougal and defending my Loretta Lynn’s championship.” She will be racing in round 5 this weekend in Washougal, Washington on Saturday, and head to Loretta Lynn’s on Sunday to prepare to defend her Championship.
