TONY CAIROLI IS BACK ON A WINNING STREAK AND LEADING THE STANDINGS

has got back to winning
and is flying in the overall standings in the MX1 World
Championship with a 67 point
advantage over his nearest rival Clement Desalle. It was a test of pride
and
power for the Sidi Sport champion
after a three run dry spell in June. On Sunday, July 4^th, he
won the
Swedish Gran Prix riding his KTM
motorcycle in the MX1 class. Tony Cairoli enjoyed a double on the
spectacular
circuit at Uddevalla. In race1 the pilot from

Messina came in ahead of Belgians Desalle and
Ramon and in race2 he was again ahead of Desalle and Philippaerts.

“In the
last races - explains
Cairoli - I was racing carefully, using
my head and trying to manage my advantage in the standings and gain
precious
points for the World Cup. Today, however, I wanted to race my way, more
aggressively. I had fun, I wanted to go back to winning and I did so.”
