THE STRONGEST IS STILL ARANDA

The champion dominates in front of Soubeyras and Pellegrini.

In
the wonderful scenario of the Olympic Palasport in Turin, it is
finished the Round#1 of SX Series 2011, the European Supercross
Championship. It has been the absolute European debut for the “magic for
fun events” organizers and the public has responded greatly, being 8000
people at this wonderful night of great races.

In
the SX1 Aranda (Kawasaki Rockstar Bud Racing LoveMyTime) confirms
entirely all his skill, by dominating both the Finals, showing to be
still the strongest one. Second placed in both the Finals is Soubeyras:
he collects two second places at his debut with the Honda 450cc. 4
strokes of MB Team, so becoming the real antagonist of the standing
champion. Deservedly third placed is Pellegrini(Suzuki MotoWorld), who
makes Italy re-join the podium at the end of a series of exciting
recoveries, characterized by spectacular passes. He felt down during
Heat#1, then wins the LCQ and concludes third one always strating behind
and recovering positions after positions. Out of the podium is Rouis
(Honda MB Team), who finishes in front of Ferrandis (Kawasaki
LoveMyTime), the first one racing with the 250cc..

In
the Sx2 Bernardini (KTM Maglia Azzurra) dominates the Main Event, in
front of De Pietri (Suzuki Castellari), who tried to get closer and
closer, without reaching him, and Vendramini (KTM Cevolani), third
placed at the end of a good race. In the SX Rookie, the category
reserved to 85cc., Hsu (Suzuki Cremona) wins and shows to be confident
among woops and triple jumps, regulating the Canadian “Kid” Walker
(Yamaha) and the Dutch Vaessen (KTM Bas)

Round#1
of the SX Series has been concluded, with a great results both from the
sports and public point of view. The next appointment is Marseille,
where Ronud#1 and #2 will be held on 14th and 15th October: the challenge for the European Champion title has started yet!
