WEST BRANCH, Mich. (July 17, 2012) – Supermoto was created as a test of broad motorcycle racing skill when it brought together athletes from all major motorcycle disciplines to compete on similar style bikes on both asphalt and dirt. This holds true for this Friday’s Taco Bell® Ogemaw Hills Supermoto Spectacular when athletes from flat track, road racing, off-road and motocross are expected to compete on the downtown streets of a northern Michigan town. More than 50 athletes are scheduled to race on the temporary street and dirt course in front of anticipated 3,000-plus spectators.
