Press Release

Presenting Evotech Stevens Honda

After
a seven-year partnership as mechanic and rider, Matt Hutchins and
Neville Bradshaw are pleased to announce the expansion of this
partnership into a motocross team for the 2012 season, Evotech Stevens
Honda.

Following a six-month medical lay-off, the partnership was reunited
as Evotech Stevens Honda just days before the fourth round of the 2011
Maxxis British Motocross Championship, resulting in a pole position and a
stunning top five position on the day. This was followed up with a
podium position at the recent penultimate round of the Maxxis
championship, as well as a podium at the Red Bull Pro Nationals at
Canada Heights.

Supported by Stevens Engineering, the team will be fielding three
riders in Britain's top championship with Bradshaw at its core, while
the other two riders, who will be announced in the near future, will
contest the MXY2 class. The team will also be building on past successes
in the Wulfsport British Masters Motocross Championship in the Pro and
Youth classes and contest the Red Bull Pro Nationals and the Red Bull
Elite Youth Cup's Rookie class respectively.

From humble beginnings in South Africa, Bradshaw has become a
prominent fixture in the British championships ever since his first
forays into Britain in 2004. He brings a wealth of race experience with
him, having raced for several of Britain's most well-known teams in both
the MX2 and MX1 classes and having represented South Africa multiple
times at the prestigious Motocross of Nations. He is known to be a hard
worker and talented racer, awarded with multiple championships in both
South Africa and Britain, otherwise consistently scoring top five
championship results.

After working as a mechanic in the World and British Championships
for a number of years, Hutchins started Evotech Race Engines and
Suspension in 2006, and through Evotech provides high-performance engine
and suspension solutions to individual riders and race teams alike.
Evotech's most recent successes include winning the 2009 MX2 Red Bull
Pro Nationals Championship and a third place in the MX2 Maxxis British
Motocross Championship with Neville Bradshaw, winning the 2009 BYMX Big
Wheel Championship and the British Masters Championship with Adam
Sterry, and a runner-up position in the 2010 Red Bull Pro Nationals MX2
Championship and a fourth place in the MX2 Maxxis British Motocross
Championship with Elliott Banks-Browne and DB Honda.

For 2012, Evotech has been named official engine and suspension
supplier to Lanes Kawasaki and Dirt Bike Gym Suzuki, as well as Evotech
Stevens Honda itself.

Says Matt Hutchins: "After having worked
with Neville Bradshaw since his arrival in the UK in 2004 and Evotech
entering its sixth year in 2012, it seems like a natural progression to
run our own race team alongside the engine and suspension tuning
business. Neville is one of the hardest-working and most talented riders
in the championships, and I am extremely pleased to have signed him
again for 2012. We are currently looking for another MXY2 rider before
we announce the team line-up in the next few weeks. It's an exciting
time for Evotech and we hope that we can add to our championship success
in 2012."

Adds Neville Bradshaw: "Matt and I have worked together since I
arrived here in the UK, and we make a good team. Matt always builds me a
good bike that I enjoy riding, and my best results have come when we
have worked together in the past. Matt and I joined up again just before
the Milton Malsor round of the Maxxis championship and with only a few
days of testing we got a pole position and a top five position on the
day. Since then we have done a lot more testing and the bikes and
results have been good, so we have a good base to start from in 2012.
I'm really excited to be working with Evotech Stevens Honda."
