SAN DIEGO, CA — Freestyle Motocross legend Ronnie Faisst headlines the Padres fourth annual Action Sports Day with a TNT Freestyle Motocross demonstration prior to the Padres-Brewers game at 7:05 p.m. Saturday, May 26.

The demonstration begins at 6:00 p.m. on K Street in the Park at the Park.  Admission is free with a game ticket.  Saturday’s game will also be followed by Family Fireworks, presented by FedEx.  The show will be set to a soundtrack celebrating San Diego’s action sports culture.

In addition to Faisst, the FMX line-up includes San Diego native Jeff Tilton, X Games Medalist Dustin Miller and Myles “Mylo” Richmond of Cherry Valley (CA).  The riders will cover more than 75 feet in the air during each jump, soaring to heights of 40 feet.

“With an amazing collection of athletes this year, we expect the fourth annual Action Sports Day to be bigger and better than ever and a real treat for our fans,” said Padres Executive Vice President/Business Operations Jeff Overton.

Faisst is an X Games medalist and known for his starring roles in the Crusty Demons of Dirt movies.  He is a founding member of the Metal Mulisha, a group formed in 1996 that furthered the freestyle motocross movement.  The New Jersey native now resides in Murrieta.

Dustin Miller, who lives in Reno, won a Bronze Medal in the 2005 Winter X Games and is regarded for his technical combos. Miller has more than 36 International Freestyle Motocross Association (IFMA) wins to his credit and is a favorite in the upcoming Summer X Games.

Richmond finished second in the 2006 IFMA Series and recently started back flipping, making him a contender for the Dew Action Sports Championship.

Previous Padres Action Sports Days have featured skate and BMX vert demonstrations with legendary skaters Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, Pierre Luc Gagnon and FMX shows with Jeremy “Twitch” Stenberg, Tommy Clowers and Jake Windham.
