PAYSON, UT (January 11, 2021) - Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is pleased to bring its fantasy supercross game, RMFantasySX, back for the 8th consecutive year. Over $100,000 worth of prizes will be awarded throughout the season, including a race-prepped 2021 KTM 450 SX-F and 2021 KTM 250 SX as the top two grand prizes.
RMFantasySX allows fans to interact with Supercross in a fun and exciting way. Each round, players select the riders they think are going to finish in 1st-5th place, along with one wildcard position that changes every round. Players earn points by correctly predicting where riders will finish each race. The players with the most points at the end of each round win weekly prizes and get closer to the season-end grand prizes.
Points for the game will be awarded in the same fashion as previous seasons. For a correct guess in the top 5 positions, the player will receive the same number of points the rider in that position earned. This means that points will be awarded as follows: 1st=26 points; 2nd=23 points; 3rd=21 points; 4th=19 points; 5th=18 points. The wildcard position will always be worth 26 points. If players pick a rider that finishes one position off from the precited position, they will receive 10 points. If that rider was picked for the top 5, finished more than one position off, but still finished within the top 5, the player will be awarded five points.
At the conclusion of the RMFantasySX season, the top 10 scoring players will receive the corresponding grand prize:
- Race-prepped 2021 KTM 450 SX-F
- Race-prepped 2021 KTM 250 SX
- A year’s supply of Dunlop MX33 tires
- A $2,500 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC spending spree
- A $2,000 Alpinestars spending spree
- Tusk Megabite tire and wheel kit
- Milestone video game prize pack
- A $1,500 Fly Racing gear setup
- STACYC Stability Cycle and accessories
- Motion Pro tools and accessories
In addition to the grand prizes, the top 100 scoring players for each round will receive an amazing weekly prize. Brands like 6D, Bridgestone, Pro-Taper, Works Connection and more have partnered with RMFantasySX to provide prizes for the top 10 weekly scorers with 11th-100th place earning a $10 Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Cash Credit. Over 1,700 prizes will be given away throughout the season.
