One Industries Teams With Brad Pitt and Carey Hart On The Pink Project

San Diego, California (March 12, 2009) –
The AMA Supercross Series returns to the New Orleans Superdome this weekend for the first time since 2002.  Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the Superdome has undergone major renovations to make it a premier venue ready to host round eleven of Supercross.

While the Superdome has been completely renovated, other areas of New Orleans have not been so fortunate.  That’s where Brad Pitt comes in.  As a division of the Make It Right Foundation, Brad’s Pink Project is an effort to rebuild New Orleans Lower 9th Ward, one of the country’s richest cultural communities.  The project incorporates the color pink as a symbol to raise awareness and restore hope for the community.

Hart & Huntington/Rockstar Energy team owner Carey Hart wanted to show his support to the Make It Right Foundation and has teamed up with Brad Pitt and team sponsor One Industries to raise awareness on the track in New Orleans. One Industries is proud to be involved as a partner in the project and has transformed the look of the team by incorporating the color pink into the motorcycle graphics and the riders’ racewear and helmets.

Although the special edition pink gear won’t be available for purchase, a complete line of Hart & Huntington/Rockstar Energy products is available including Racewear, Helmets, Graphic Kits, Decals and Softgoods.  Click here to check out the entire collection.
