On The Box, LLC names Co Founder Chris Carnicella LLC Manager

On the Box, LLC is proud to announce Chris Carnicella’s election by the Board of Directors to the position of LLC Manager.

Chris Carnicella, a leading authority in the field of licensing, branding and management has agreed to assume the position of LLC Manager effective immediately. Chris brings with him 25 years of experience in the field of licensed product development, manufacturing and sales to On The Box, LLC. A pioneer in the development of many classifications of sports licensing and brand management, Chris has agreed to dedicate the majority of his time to establishing On The Box, LLC as the leading provider in licensing, management and branding choosing to begin the company’s pursuit of the initial roll out of the company in the sport of motocross. Not a stranger to this arena, Chris was the founder of Action Sports Team, LLC which is credited with the establishment of licensing in the sport. As an innovator in the field of licensed products Chris has worked on levels of sports licensing and branding from such a diverse background including the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL and collegiate licensing as well as working for the premier company in NASCAR licensed apparel while focusing on product placement for with many of the nations top retailer stores. Chris also brings with him the tools and understanding of today’s market to help achieve the success of building the brand of On The Box by using all resources to create the publics awareness of the company’s lifestyle identification in the retail market.

While taking on the responsibilities of LLC Manager Chris will be charged with the overall management of the business in conjunction with his partner Ronnie Tichenor to introduce a new and unique business plan he authored to allow for the building of strategic marketing alliances as well as introduce new sales and marketing strategies with his numerous contacts in the mass retail market here in the USA as well as in the global marketplace. While working with Ronnie Tichenor to secure the exclusive licensing rights to the top clientele in the sport of motocross the ability to provide the leadership and understanding of multifaceted progressions will enable On The Box, LLC to expand it’s reach into the classification of true “lifestyle” branding and licensing, thus allowing the company to enter additional markets while remaining focused on the primary goals of stated in On The Box, LLC mission statement.

In addition to Chris’s proven past accomplishments he brings with him an in depth understanding and working knowledge of the Intellectual Property laws as well as numerous years of experience in the process of obtaining copy rights and trademarks to the conceptual side of the business and will apply this skill set in the protection of all On The Box, LLC projects now and into the future. Chris take great pride in the establishment of this unique endeavor as the only company working outside of existing license opportunities and has built On The Box, LLC as the only vertical operation, allowing On The Box, LLC to proceed with conceptual opportunities, obtain the necessary licensing agreements and manage all aspects of these licensed properties including the design, implementation, manufacturing and direct sales for the selected client base that On The Box, LLC currently has in place as well as those on the future horizon.

Chris currently is the owner of Hall of Fame Apparel, LLC, a division of International Trade & Commerce, LLC specializing in the importing business as well as the owner of Corporate Identity Professionals, Inc., a full service professional firm in the business of consulting in the development of business planning, strategic marketing and providing source materials for Intellectual Property Laws though the use of obtaining all necessary copyright and trademarks.
