Getting Serious About The Shop Blade

“We should probably change the name,” says customizing legend turned inventor Don Varner. “This is a perfect example of why you should never try to tell people what your product is for… They will tell you! Turns out our Shop Blade is actually an all purpose, all weather, highly durable and versatile super whisk broom!” 

Call it what you will, the patented Shop Blade can be used for metal shavings and industrial solvents as effectively for kitchen spills and household chores. The silicone blade is safe for use with all common cleaners and lubricants and works on virtually any surface in the shop or home. A patented Y-Blade edge conforms to most surface shapes and removes more than 90% of fluid quickly in “one pass” to coin a phrase, leaving a clean, dry surface behind. 

Expanding its versatility is the built-in handle, which is stiff enough to provide added leverage for hard to reach nooks and crannies. With the shop use in mind the nylon chassis was intentionally done in a high visibility safety orange color, not to match KTM dealers color scheme (but that works, too).

About One Pass USA — One Pass founder Don Varner is a professional innovator, inveterate tinkerer and legend in the automotive world. Hot rod enthusiasts might recognize him as the designer behind such famous custom 'Rods as El Matador, Silhouette and The California Star.
