OGIO Expansion Continues; Company Appoints New VP of Strategic Development



Dan Jelinek, 20-year veteran in the sports world, appointed
to fill executive role



















Bluffdale, Utah (April 26, 2010) – Tony Palma, OGIO International
CEO, announced the appointment of Dan Jelinek as the company's Global VP of Strategic
Development, a new position created to support the company's aggressive
growth initiatives.

OGIO and building our strong leadership is key to realizing our
strategic vision" Palma explains.  "Dan was
instrumental in the growth of Easton for many years and has already been
a tremendous asset in helping to reshape and execute several new
successful growth strategies at OGIO.  He is a
creative and aggressive leader with a proven track record that
understands product, branding and sales strategies."


In his new role, Jelinek will be leading
OGIO's strategic growth focused on increasing distribution with several
strategic domestic and international customers, identifying new business
development opportunities and potential strategic licensing partners as
we continue to enhance the OGIO brand.


Prior to joining OGIO in 2009 as Strategic
Accounts Manager, Jelinek-a 20 year sports industry veteran –  served Easton Sports as the Global Vice President of
Sales for its Hockey and Baseball divisions for 8-years, and was later
promoted to President of Team Sports directly leading the Easton Hockey,
Easton Baseball and Riddell business units of Easton Bell Sports.
