Press Release

Motosport.com Extends Their Commitment to Assisting the Motorcycle Racing Community in Off-Road Supercross/Motocross and Road Racing

Motosport.com’s deep involvement
in motorcycle racing gives them a unique opportunity to give back to
the sport of passion and inherent danger.

Since 2008 Motosport.com has been
matching their customer’s $1 donations, dollar-for-dollar up to
$40,000 every year. Through the generosity of their customers and
their dollar-for-dollar match, Motosport.com has been able to give
the RiderDown Foundation (http://www.riderdown.org)
$149,843 to-date!

You guys have been so supportive of
RiderDown and our mission it’s hard for me to put into words how
much of a difference you have made!” Bruce Vermeulen, RiderDown
Foundation Board Member.

Seeing the positive impact of the
RiderDown/Motosport.com relationship has propelled Motosport.com to
find additional avenues of assisting and protecting motorcycle and
ATV racing enthusiasts.

The emotional and financial support RiderDown has been able to
give injured riders has had a positive impact in many lives that go
beyond the riders themselves. At Motosport, we are pleased to extend
our support to two additional foundations that will help us broaden
our outreach.”

Bill Butcher, Founder and CEO of
Motosport.com.

Motosport.com has joined forces with the Road 2 Recovery
Foundation (http://www.road2recovery.com)
to give assistance much like the RiderDown Foundation, but in the
professional supercross and motocross racing series.

The Road 2 Recovery Foundation is dedicated to helping
professional AMA licensed motocross/supercross members with financial
assistance if they sustain career-ending injuries as well as
providing motivational, emotional, and spiritual support to these
individuals and their families.”

The Road 2 Recovery Foundation was
co-founded by Jimmy Button, a former professional
motocross/supercross rider that was critically injured while racing.
Button defied the doctors’ prediction of paralysis and has started
walking again. His inspirational recovery against all odds captures
the spirit of Motosport.com. Motosport.com is proud to announce a
partnership with the Road 2 Recovery Foundation to help spread his
message of hope.

In addition to supporting off road
riders, Motosport.com has additionally partnered with the Roadracing
World Action Fund (http://actionfund.roadracingworld.com)
to help support their promotion of road racing safety. The Action
Fund is a key promoter of the Airfence, soft-walled safety barriers
placed at road racing tracks and dirt tracks around the world.
Motosport.com believes in the Action Fund’s mission in preventing
race track injuries and support of safe racing education.

Specifically, the Roadracing World Action Fund
advocates and promotes the use of soft barriers to prevent racetrack
injuries, and provides education on the value of adequate pre-race
practice, rider training, and proper racetrack preparations… also
addresses other health and safety education issues concerning
motorcycle racing…”

Motosport.com will continue their
commitment to the RiderDown foundation – which is devoted to
assisting responsible off road motorcyclists and ATV racers who have
been injured while riding.
