The
east coast lites riders are back in action this weekend and that means
the Moose Racing trio of Matt Lemoine, Michael Willard and Nick Meyers
will all be battling for valuable championship points. This is the
second race of the regional series and right now it’s anyone’s race.

The
AMA Arenacross series makes the short trek south from Reno to the
California state capital of Sacramento and the friendly confines of
ARCO arena. Tyler Bowers will look to increase his points lead in the
championship hunt and will be joined by his Babbitt’s Kawasaki
teammates, Chad Johnson and Gray Davenport. This is also the eighth
stop of the series and it officially marks the start of the second half
of the 2011 Arenacross season.

Outside
of the stadiums and arenas, racers and fans will find the first round
of the AMA National Enduro series kicking off in Salley, S.C. The ten
round series will run through the month of October and is sure to
showcase some close racing. Team rider Cole Kirkpatrick put in some
solid rides last year and will be looking to start the series off with
a win in South Carolina.

Finally,
out west the WORCS racers are back on the line for the second round of
the series being held at Buffalo Bills in Primm, Nev. This stop of the
series will feature both bike and ATV racing. The new event format that
combines Saturday’s and Sunday’s results to determine the overall
winner is sure to shake up the standings, but you can be sure that team
riders, Justin Soule (Bike), Kevin Rookstool (Bike), and defending ATV
champion, Josh Frederick will be in contention for the overall victory.
