Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/ Kawasaki's Dean Wilson Captures First Win at Budds Creek

- Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/ Kawasaki's Dean Wilson ended the day
with his first moto victory to clinch his first overall win after
racing to a 4-1 finish during the AMA Motocross championship at Budds
Creek Raceway in Maryland. Teammate Tyla Rattray also put in two
solid performances aboard his Kawasaki KX250F to finish third overall
with a 2-4. Christophe Pourcel won the first 250 moto, but a crash in
the second moto held him to fourth overall with a 1-6. Weimer, who
earned the Hard Charger award the previous weekend, finished with a
21-7 for 12th overall. Monster Energy Kawasaki's Chad Reed bounced
back from a hard weekend at High Point Raceway to finish on the
podium with a 4-2 score and third overall. Nick Wey went 12-14 for
12th overall.
