Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Dean Wilson rode two strong motos to
finish third overall at the Unadilla Valley Sports Center near New
Berlin, NY. Wilson led the first moto before a crash sent him back to
sixth. In the second moto, the 18-year-old rookie battled for third
place in the moto and overall. Tyla Rattray went 5-4 to finish fourth
overall and Christophe Pourcel crashed in the first moto and did not
finish, but he rebounded to win the second moto and claim 25
championship points to finish seventh overall. In the 450 class,
Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Nick Wey went 12-12 for 13th overall.
