Monster Energy Cernic's Kawasaki on the Podium in Calgary

Josh Demuth moves into a
third-place tie in the CMRC Monster Energy Motocross Nationals

Huntington, TX (June 23, 2010) - The unique location
at Wild Rose MX Park in the heart of Calgary presented riders and fans
with a
spectacular view of the city skyscrapers.
Monster Energy Cernic's Kawasaki rider Josh Demuth rode to a third place
overall in the CMRC Monster Energy Canadian Motocross Nationals and Troy
Adams
finished sixteenth after a hard fall in the first moto.

In the
first MX1 Moto, Adams came around the first turn in
fifth while Demuth was stuck around tenth position.  Once again, Demuth
impressed everyone in
attendance with his charge through the pack eventually finding himself
in fourth
with Adams following right behind in fifth. However, towards the middle
of the moto Adams took a fall in a high
speed corner and could not immediately remount his bike.  Just after
Adams' fall, the leader of the
race, Colton Facciotti went down in another high speed area of the track
causing officials to red flag the moto. Since the moto was past the
half-way mark, race officials called an end
to the race.  Demuth was officially
scored in third with Adams unable to mount a comeback in the shortened
race to
finish thirty-seventh.

Demuth started the second moto inside the
top ten and made
several passes to move into third position. In a similar fashion to last
week's second moto, the leaders were too
far ahead by the time he secured third spot so he settled into a
comfortable
pace to the finish.  Adams had a good
start in the top five but his wrist was still bothering him from his
first moto
crash.  Despite the pain, he rode to a
twelfth place finish to salvage important championship points.

"The
track was definitely tough today because of all the
ruts that formed," explained Demuth.  "I
am feeling more comfortable on the bike and we're improving the setup
with each
moto.  I should be up with the leaders
but my starts are holding me back so I need to go back and work on
that.  Hopefully, I can get some starts so I can
start pushing towards the championship in the second half of the
season."

Demuth's finish in Calgary moved him into a third place
tie
in series points entering round four at Morden's Shadow Valley Raceway
on June
27.
