CARLSBAD
, Calif.—SPY® today announced a renewed sponsorship deal with longtime MX team rider Kevin Windham. He will be endorsing the new signature SPY + Windham Klutch MX goggle andSPY sunglasses through 2014.

“K-Dub’s talent is beyond words, he’s a racer’s racer and he is a
threat to win on any given day,” says Kyle Krause, SPY motocross segment
manager. “His
class, style and die-hard commitment to racing make him a fan favorite on and off the track.”

Windham has raced for several factory teams, holds an array of titles
and has raced against all of the top motocross riders throughout his
career, including Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, Chad Reed, James
Stewart, Ryan Villopoto and Ryan Dungey.
With two SX Lites Championships, a Motocross des Nations title and an array of AMA runner-up finishes under his belt, Windham considers the 2011 Feld Motorsports "Fan’s Choice" award as his greatest achievement.

“After 17 years of racing, this is my championship, my reason for
being,” says Windham about the Feld award. “This is my addiction. This
is something I take very seriously. I take a lot of pride in this
award.”
Windham’s
relationship with SPY began in 2003 and he continues to be a part of a
family of SPY motocross legends that includes seven-time AMA Supercross
Champion Jeremy McGrath, five-time World Motocross Champion Antonio
Cairoli, and a grip of up-and-coming riders taking full advantage of the
experience and character of one of the sport’s top icons.
“SPY has been a long-time sponsor of mine and I’m excited to go into my 18th season
of AMA Supercross with their support,” says Windham. “They make insane
products that keep things clear and cool when I’m racing, and I’m
excited to wear my redesigned signature Klutch goggle this season.”
SPY
