Kevin Foley Returns as Instructor for RCU at Lake Elsinore

Joining RC, Emig, Stanton, O'Mara and Mrs. Carmichael

Morgantown, W. Va. (September 5, 2012) - Ricky Carmichael University adds yet another familiar face to the faculty as 9-Time AMA Amateur National Motocross Champion Kevin Foley returns to the lineup at the Lake Elsinore Campus. Foley joins 15-Time champ Ricky Carmichael, Johnny O'Mara, Jeff Emig, Jeff Stanton and Mrs. Carmichael in teaching students at the exclusive riding school, taking place Monday, September 10, following the final round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Series, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, in Lake Elsinore, Ca.

As an accomplished amateur rider, Foley has championships spanning for more than 23 years at the national level and has captured national wins in several disciplines such as the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series and AMA National Enduro Series. Additionally, Foley has over 15 years of experience in the motorcycle industry, and his most current position as Southwest Area Sales Manager at KTM North America keeps him very relevant to the RCU lesson plan.

"I'm excited to share this opportunity with riders here on the west coast," said Foley. "As an instructor, it's amazing to see the progress students make along the way and I feel honored to be a part of such a great program."

Students will learn everything from proper body positioning, to utilizing organized drills focusing on flat turns, improved braking techniques and even personalized one-on-one training from the instructors.

RCU is an exclusive and unprecedented opportunity for motocross riders on the west coast to learn from The-Greatest-of-All-Time and his accomplished faculty. For more information and to register for the event, click HERE.

About Ricky Carmichael University

Due to the expansion of racing in 2012, Daytona was no longer able to facilitate RCU, thus expanding this exclusive riding school to Lake Elsinore in California and for the first time ever, Fat Cat Moto Parc in Doncaster, UK.
