Boulder City Motocross' Hart and Huntington Las Vegas Supercross Privateer Challenge to feature $10,000 Pro Purse

LAS
VEGAS, NV
- November 3, 2010 - The Boulder City Motocross Facility
(BCMX) in Las Vegas, Nevada announces the upcoming Hart and Huntington
Las Vegas Supercross Privateer Challenge to be held on Saturday,
November 20, 2010.  A mega-event, the $10,000 Pro
Purse race is open to all non-factory backed riders and will be
contested on Hart and Huntington's Supercross track on the grounds of
BCMX.  "We appreciate all riders who put their hearts into training and racing.  With this event, we want to jump start the season for these privateer riders as they get ready for another year of racing.   We want to support them as much as we can as they strive to achieve
their goals within the sport," says General Manager Bryce Davis.

With
event coverage by MTV, Fuel TV, Transworld MX, and Racer X, the
supercross event will be announced by Jason Weigandt and Jim Holley. In
addition to racing, current riders and former champions will be on-site
to sign autographs for fan appreciation.  Riders
and fans alike will have the opportunity to meet Casey Edmondson, a
Miss Supercross, who is also designated to hold the 30-second board.

A special addition, a raffle will be held during race day to benefit the recovery of TJ Lavin.  BCMX believes as much in holding great events for riders and fans as it does in giving back to the community.  "TJ Lavin is a Las Vegas resident and it's always tough to see a great competitor suffer an injury.  We wish him a full and healthy recovery," says Davis.

Following
the pro race, on Sunday, November 21, BCMX will be holding the Las
Vegas Supercross: Amateur Shootout where amateur riders have the
opportunity to ride on the same supercross track as the pros.  Although
the track course will be tamed down from the pro event held the night
before, amateurs will have a great experience riding the technical
challenges of supercross.
