Fuel TV Cleans Up Awards For On-Air Promos and Graphics




Network
receives 16 Telly, four BDA and one Promax honor recognizing outstanding
creative.

sports, is pleased to announce that it has won 16 Telly, four BDA and
one
Promax Award. With these awards, FUEL TV has been recognized for its
outstanding creative campaigns brought to life by its award-winning
Creative
and On-Air Promotions departments.





"We're
elated to have our work recognized by these prestigious groups," says

Dever, FUEL TV's Creative Director. "These awards are definitely a
result
of all the hard work that our creative staff, including our external
partners,
puts into these promos and spots."





The
Telly Award is the premier recognition honoring outstanding local,
regional,
and cable TV commercials and programs. The Telly Awards annually
showcase the
best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production
companies,
television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in
the
world. Entries for Telly Awards do not compete against each other but
compete
against a high standard of excellence.





In
2010, FUEL TV received 16 Telly awards, including six silver and ten
bronze
honors. Headlining the list of silver award winners were Videography and
Visual
Effects awards for Network IDs and a Use of Animation award of a Network
ID for
“Fight or Flight.” The long list of bronze winners by FUEL TV
includes awards won in recognition for Sales, Network ID, Use of Music,
Editing, and Use of Humor.



The
BDA Awards, which include more than 600 categories, are regarded as the
most
prestigious for creative endeavors in this field. FUEL TV received four
BDA
honors including two Gold Awards.






FUEL
TV’s “Rogue Wave” won gold for
Art Direction and Design:
Image Promo, while “Signature Series” won the gold award for Art
Direction and Design: Image Campaign. Taking home a silver award was
“Fight or Flight” in Art Direction and Design: ID; and lastly
“Scenic Route” won bronze in Art Direction and Design: Image Promo.
