Press Release

Fire Police MX Nationals and Benefit

The Station Fire, one of the largest fires in California history, has taken the life of Los Angeles County Fire Captain, Tedmund Hall. Ted’s passing has had a major impact on both the fire department brotherhood and the motocross community. His sons, Randall and Steven, grew up riding and racing dirt bikes in the California desert. The consummate moto-dad, Ted wrenched and took lap times for the boys from the time their feet could reach the pegs. Randall ultimately reached the goal of becoming an AMA pro. They truly embodied the motocross family. Many in the Fire and Police Motocross Racing organization want to honor Ted Hall and his family. October 5th and 6th will be the FirepoliceMX.com Finals at Glen Helen Motocross Park in San Bernardino. The event will be dedicated in memorial of Captain Hall, and Ted’s sons will lead everyone in a lap on the National track to honor their father. Monday the 5th will be a day of racing, a silent auction, and raffle. 100% of all donations go directly to the Hall family. Tuesday the 6th will be the final day of racing. Everyone is invited to come out and join the firefighters, police officers, military personnel, and everyone in the public safety services for a great two days of racing. To register, or donate go to www.firepolicemx.com.
