FMF/KTM's Buttrick Wins JNCC Final!‏

Hiroshima,
Japan
– FMF/KTM rider Cory Buttrick took an impressive win at the
final round of the 2010 JNCC Series with a five-minute margin from
the next closest competitor.

Buttrick
received a special invite to the race and was well received by the
Japanese fans upon arrival. The Ohio native had a decent start in the
final following the defending JNCC Champion Takeshi Koikeda. Before
the end of the first lap Buttrick moved his FMF/KTM into the lead and
proceeded to pull away out front.

At the
halfway mark, Buttrick had already put two minutes on the field. As
his times continued to improve throughout the race he eventually
increased his lead to five minutes once he crossed the checkered
flag. Buttrick took home the win and lapped up to third place in the
process.

Buttrick
was rewarded a check for 100,000 YEN for winning the overall.
Buttrick will now return to the U.S. where he will begin testing for
the 2011 GNCC and National Enduro Series where he will continue to
compete aboard the FMF/KTM Factory Team.
