Soubeyras Honda MB Team European Champion, as he dominates SX1 and gains the title one race in advance

First victory for De Pietri while in SXRookie Hsu is the winner

MILAN – It is another time the great show of Supercross, the fixed appointment of Saturday at the EICMA MotoLive: one race-day made of triples, whoops and up and down emotions, in front of more than 100.000 people.

SX1 has been absolutely dominated by Soubeyras (Honda MBTeam), who wins both the final: in the first one he keeps the lead of the race from the start till the finish, while in the second one he starts in eighth position and then recovers until the victory. A demonstration of strength for the championship leader, who gains the European title one race in advance. Behind him the two team mates of the team Suzuki MoToWorld, Bonini and Pellegrini fights for the second place. At the finish Bonini is second, while Pellegrini has to surrender, after having keep the lead for almost the entire race during Final#2, but he is not able to contain the Soubeyras’ recover. Fourth placed Martin (Honda A-Team), in front of Desprey (Yamaha Mad Racing), the first among 250cc. rider.

In SX2 De Pietri (Suzuki Casellari) is the dominator: he keeps the first position from the start to the finish, so gaining his first victory in Supercross. The Slovenian Gajser (KTM SilverAction) is second in front of Bernardini (KTM Maglia Azzurra Ufo Corse), who makes some mistakes in the first laps. It is a third place that allows him to keep the leader plate. In the SXRookie Hsu (Suzuki DJ racing) wins in front of Lapucci (KTM) e Clochet (Yamaha), and he does not get the title just for one point. An unlucky day for the Canadian rider Walker: after a very bad fall, he has been immediately hospitalised and carefully checked-up, luckily with a negative response.

Tomorrow is the last day of 2011 Motorbike International Expo and so Motolive will present a new discipline of the Flat Track, other than Supermoto and the great and exciting Freestyle.
