Doug Henry benefit Auction to be held at Southwick National

Cypress, California (June 1, 2007) - Graves/Yamaha Factory racer Doug Henry needs your help. His unending devotion to fully recovering from his Supermoto accident on March 4th is continuing full speed ahead. This is the good news. Unfortunately, it is very expensive.

Never one to ask for anything in his life, Doug’s friends have rallied behind him and are throwing a huge auction at his hometown Southwick track during the AMA Outdoor National on June 10th.

Held throughout the course of the day, and culminating right after the final Motocross class moto, the auction will be open to all in attendance at the National.

Items up for auction include helmets, gear and photos of some of the sports most respected heroes, both past and present. Riders like Ricky Carmichael, James Stewart, Chad Reed, Kevin Windham, Ryan Villopoto, Jeff Ward, Jeremy McGrath, Jeff Stanton and John Dowd have all donated items to be auctioned off.

That’s not all. The 2006 Graves/Yamaha/Monster YZ450F that Doug rode at last years Southwick National will be auctioned off as well.

Cards and letters can continue to be sent to Doug Henry, c/o of the Racing Department, Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., 6555 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630.
