Dodge, Sycuan Casino, Hart and Huntington, Bel-Ray Racing Supercross Team Toronto Race Report

Carlsbad, CA (March 26, 2012) -

The Rogers Centre in Toronto entertained more than 47,000 Canadian
Supercross enthusiasts Saturday night for Round 12 of Monster Energy
AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship. New addition, Kyle Regal,
was the only healthy rider on hand for the Dodge, Sycuan Casino, Hart
and Huntington, Bel-Ray Racing Supercross Team.

Riding
the #36 Kawasaki, Regal, finished his Heat Race in eighth (8th)
place, earning an automatic qualifying spot to the Main Event. “The
track was really technical, loose on top and hard underneath which
really made it tough on your setup. I had a decent run in the Heat
Race and felt really solid on the bike. I didn’t break from the
gate like I wanted. I was riding along in 13th and had an issue with
a guy who t-boned me and knocked me off-course a bit. From there, I
was just trying get my composure back, keep the bike on two wheels
and ride as hard as I could. For about 10 laps or so, I was just
rippin’ it up and knocking guys off until I got t-boned again with
around two or three laps to go. That just ruined the night,” said
Regal who finished the night in 17th
position.

The
next Monster Energy AMA Supercross race will be held this Saturday,
March 31st at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. It will be a big
night for the team as both Josh Hill (#75) and Josh Hansen (#100)
look to return to action from injuries they suffered earlier this
season.
