Press Release

DMXS 5/30/07

Doug Henry’s place is secure in the hearts of motocross fans for his amazing career and signature determination and perseverance. Doug is facing the next chapter in his life with those same attributes. He is back home continuing his rehabilitation after spending several weeks at the Shepard Spinal Center in Atlanta. He will catch up with his fans tonight and give us the latest on his recovery.

David Bailey knows all to well the struggles that are ahead for Doug as he is still recovering from a very serious health condition of his own. Even under these trying times, David still has his thoughts and concerns with others above himself. David was an incredible champion and rider, but that is dwarfed by the man he is today. We will check in with the ICON tonight.

Bevo "Jenny Craig This" Forte is only a fraction of the man he once was. No, Bevo has not lost that loving feeling, but he has dropped a lot of weight for charity. Bevo will check in after his Pilates class tonight.

David Pingree gets around more than Paris Hilton and Linsey Lohan. He is contesting the Supermoto season while juggling all the Racer X duties that DC can throw at him. He was on hand at High Point last weekend and will share his point of view from the press box.

Joining the lovely Ping in the booth was our very own Jason Weigandt. He is to DMXS what Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin are to SNL. That’s a fancy way of saying he can fill in at the last second when an "A-List" guest cancels. But tonight he is actually a scheduled starter in the game batting clean up.

Kyle Tobin is a WWR graduate that had the opportunity to ride for the Cool Air Racing Team in the Australian Pro-Lites class. Kyle finished on the podium last week and sits in a very respectable top 8 in the overall points. He is so far behind us in Australia that we had to call him yesterday for tonight’s interview, but it all worked out.
