MotoSport/Kawasaki Xtreme Team Green Fitness Coach and Trainer Seiji Ishii brought a well trained group of athletes to the 2008 Parts Unlimited Spring Classic at Lake Whitney MX Park and 2008 Vurbmoto.com GNC at Oak Hill MX and the numbers proved the philosophy of his training.
Online coaching client PJ Larsen came out of Lake Whitney with two National Championships: Four Stroke Open Skill and Motocross A Pro-Sport. PJ then backed his Lake Whitney wins with the overall Championship in the 125 Modified Class at Oak Hill. PJ also brought in second place finishes in the 250 A Mod and the 250 Pro Class. While living in North Carolina, PJ accesses his daily workouts online and is managed with daily personal contact and feedback by Coach Seiji or one of his personal motorsports coaches.
Coach Seiji also works with injured and rehabilitating athletes in their process of returning to a stronger and better balanced position. MotoSport/Kawasaki Xtreme Team Green rider Hunter Hewitt is coming back from ACL reconstructive surgery. Hunter is progressing extremely well and is showing that his determination and work with Coach Seiji is bringing about greater strength, consistency and speed. Hunter is well on his way to full rehabilitation of his knee and will hopefully be back to full strength and speed in order to conmpete at the AMA Toyota Motocross Nationals later this year.
