Bevo Forti Raises Over $30,000 for RiderDown!Bevo Forti Raises Over $30,000 for RiderDown!

Bevo Forti

The RiderDown Foundation would like to extend a huge thank you to Bevo Forti and his Supercross’ Biggest Loser Challenge! Bevo weighed in on the FIM scales at 351.8 pounds in Toronto. Working with Racer Productions, RacerX and ScottUSA, RiderDown accepted pledges for this campaign with proceeds going directly to help injured off road riders. Through hard work and dedication to a very worthwhile cause, Bevo is down to 289 pounds! That’s 63 pounds lost over the course of just one Supercross season!
Through the pledges of so many great people and organizations, Bevo raised over $30,000 for the RiderDown Foundation. “We were very excited when Bevo first approached us with this idea and we’re extremely thankful for the awareness he brought to our organization,” said Bruce Vermeulen, president of RiderDown Foundation. “This has been our largest individual fundraiser so far and it will allow us to reach out to many more injured riders and their families.” Thanks, Bevo!
Look for Bevo to continue his losing trend this summer, throughout the outdoor nationals. There will be more opportunities to get involved, and help Bevo maintain his Biggest Loser status! Visit www.RiderDown.org for updated information and to see how you can help.

About RiderDown Foundation:

With a nationwide network of volunteers ready to lend support and assistance to injured riders, RiderDown is actively giving back to the off road community. As a non-profit, 501©3 charitable organization, RiderDown has been delivering on its mission of “Helping Riders Up” since 2005. Dedicated to helping responsible off-road motorcyclists and ATV racers who have been injured while riding, proceeds are used to provide assistance to riders and their families when faced with medical expenses and related issues. The medical bill review team they work with has saved injured riders thousands of dollars on excessive and/or unnecessary medical charges and their “Angels” visit injured riders in the hospital and at home, offering a friendly voice during difficult times.
