Red Bull Motocross of Nations kick-off

Last night, several riders who will be competing in the 2010 Red Bull Motocross of Nations (www.redbullmxon.com) this weekend at Thunder Valley MX attended a media kick-off event at the famous Grizzly Rose honky tonk bar in Denver.

Andrew Short (USA), Marvin Musquin
(France), Max Nagl (Germany), Ben Townley (New Zealand), Jonathan
Barragan (Spain), Rui Goncalves (Portugal), Tanel Leok (Estonia) and
birthday boy,Tony Cairoli (Italy), got a taste of Western culture,
challenging "Widow Maker," the bar's mechanical bull. In the spirit of
not injuring any of them on the eve of the international competition,
Widow Maker was more like Ferdinand the peaceful bull, but regardless
still managed to buck the riders off in impressive fashion. Note
Cairoli's graceful "off" in the photo.

Denver Broncos football player Lonie
Paxton, a huge moto fan who is friends with several US riders, came out
to meet the international riders and watch the Red Bull TNT freestyle
show that took place outside the Grizzly Rose.

The Red Bull Motocross of Nations can be seen live on Sunday, September 26 at 2:00 p.m. ET / 11:00 a.m. PT at www.redbull.tv or on your mobile phone via the RBTV app. Check it out!
