Laninovich & Dungey

Lots of eyes were on MDK KTM's Billy Laninovich and Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Ryan Dungey as the Lites West riders took to the track in the 450cc class this weekend. Unfortunately, it was a rough one for both of them as they each had a hard crash in the first practice session.. Dungey emerged unscathed from his incident, and set the fastest time in his session. Laninovich was also fast, but came up from his crash holding his shoulder. That ended his practice at mid-session for a trip to the Asterisk Mobile Medical rig. He checked out okay, and will be icing it between now and the next practice.

Honda Red Bull Racing's Davi Millsaps also had a hard crash in the whoops before the finish line right at the end of practice, but appeared to emerge unhurt.
