Dude...how in the 'fudge!" does something like that even happen? Was there something wrong w/ the helmet that caused it to not get there in time?

It was noticed that he was missing the Eject unit in his helmet, and they were trying to get one in there in time. The bad part for them was that the MotoConcepts rig was pretty far out from the stadium.
