So I picked up a used vortex mapped my TD for a 350 . My 22 350 sounds way throatier than my OEM mapped by my local shop and idle was a lot higher . Anyone else experienced this ? I am happy with the performance though, much better midrange power , seems like it revs slower but it's real smooth  . I had one previously from the other guys and wasn't that impressed.

Do you have the map sheet? Fuel requirements? Did you perform the tps reset?

Yes I have the map sheet and it's their maps they send to everyone so I can run 93 pump gas and I'm running the power map which is map 1 on handlebars . I did the tps reset also . I am happy with how it runs just seemed weird how it changed the to e so much  . I might try some t4 just for kicks but damn $ 120 a can

I use t4 in my 350 with the TD Mapped vortex. Not a huge difference but I want consistency. Have you played with fuel trim screws? I richend mine 1 click from TD settings due to sand riding. The top end on my 350 pulls forever…

I noticed mine is much deeper tone, especially after adding the FMF 4.1 Titanium can. It sounds really good.

I haven't tried adjusting anything yet but I give it a shot . I'll take note on where they're at now though

Had a Twisted mapped Vortex on my 350 and it definitely sounded different even with the stock exhaust. You might have to adjust the idle a little bit. Mine wouldn't idle at all when I first installed it.
