RM 125 hub damage repairable?

Long story short, all but one of my sprocket bolts came loose and one hit the swingarm resulting in elongation of that bolt hole. Is it worth getting it repaired or not?

I wouldn’t. There is a guy in the for sale section selling a set of wheels for an RM125.

We had an old school machine shop that would drill them out a size bigger, and then press in metal sleeves...we did this several times over the years with no issues.  I'm just not sure there are many old school machinists around though.....

The sprocket bolts will never stay tight when the hub holes oval. Either do what Nitodog suggests or replace. Tusk makes good wheels for a reasonable price.

No photos provided so speculating on the condition.  The sprocket should transmit  torque through friction so you are fine once you properly tighten the bolts.  You might have better luck tightening the nut rather than the bolt and using a medium strength thread treatment.
