Fuel testing?no start kx250f

Is there anyway to test fuel. 2011 kx250f bike ran good reshimmed valves timing and valves are good. Bike won’t start put in fresh fuel and won’t start. Fuel doesn’t smell strong and is yellowwondering if bad batch of fuel. Unfortunately just had hip replaced so can’t kick bike over to try and start with another batch of fuel.  Is there any test on fuel so I can be sure that’s what it is before I put it away for winter. Thanks
