Front brake pads rub 1998 CR125r

Hey guys I have 98 Cr125r.  My front caliper pads rub.  I have taken the caliper apart and cleaned it.   Pins have fresh grease.  I extended the pistons out and cleaned them.  Not much dirt.....Used a little brake fluid to lube them and pushed them in.  I checked the fluid.   Not sure what else it could be.  The bike was not rideable when I bought it.   It had been partially disassembled.    The front caliper was hanging there when I bought it.   Bike is ready to go except the front brake.   Any suggestions would be great.   I have thought about rebuilding the caliper but hate to throw money at any issue that may not be needed (possibly break something that's not broken .
