If you are talking a 1983 SX track it would be carnage. The bikes would overpower the track and speeds would be ludicrous. An 83 track would only work if it was a total mudder.

I think an old school SX track would be sweet.  You'd really see the riders with the skills AND the smarts, pull it off.  You'd probably also see some get KO'd and broken.  But as they say, everybody races the same track.
